Operandi features a pale pink color, with delicate notes of violet, raspberry, strawberry, and hints of citrus. On the palate, it mirrors the nose's aromas with good freshness and easy drinkability. Ideal pairings include appetizers, fried dishes, seafood, shellfish, and carpaccios, especially fried anchovies.
