Linchetto, meaning "little imp," is a typical wine of the Lucca region, primarily crafted from old vines of mixed red grape varieties including Sangiovese, Red Muscat of Alexandria, Aleatico, Ciliegiolo, and Colorino. It pairs well with all types of pasta dishes, showcasing the distinctive aromas of Red Muscat of Alexandria, a grape that is rarely found in our hills today, imported by Napoleon and preserved by those who truly believed in it. LINCHETTO is a mischievous and lively imp that resides in the mountains of Garfagnana.
