On the palate, it offers a full-bodied experience, complemented by soft tannins and a lingering finish. Aging for 12 months in 500/700-liter French oak barrels enhances its complexity and depth. "Libente 2021" is an organic red wine that undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in small, grain-sized drums. It is manually punched down during fermentation and aged for 12 months in 500/700 liter French oak barrels, tulips of raw concrete, and Tinidi steel.
TASTING NOTES:
Color: To the eye, the wine displays an intense ruby red color with violet reflections.
Aroma: The bouquet reveals aromas of red fruits, blackberries, with a light hint of tobacco on the finish.
Taste: On the palate, it is full-bodied, with soft tannins and a long finish.
Pairing: Perfectly accompanies appetizers, red meats, and roasts.
