The Piramo - Lacrima di Morro d’Alba D.O.C. has a captivating intense ruby-red color with violet reflections. Legend has it that PIRAMO and Tisbe, immortalized in Ovid's Metamorphoses, were young lovers whose tale ended tragically. Their love, stained by their blood under a mulberry tree, inspired the rich scents of this tearful wine.

VINIFICATION:

Fermentation occurs using selected yeasts. Racking off is performed before the completion of fermentation. Maturation takes place in steel tanks and terracotta for 3 months, followed by bottle aging for 9 months.

Appearance: Intense red-ruby color.
Bouquet: Predominant primary fragrances of the vine, featuring notes of rose, violet, myrtle, and wild berries.
Palate: A dry wine with excellent balance and length. Its notable softness is counterbalanced by robust acidity support.
