Exuding extreme elegance and finesse, it is named in honor of Queen Agnese of Bourbon, also known as Zita of Bourbon. Its aroma is expansive and persistent, highlighted by fruity notes of red berries with a complement of light spicy undertones. On the palate, L'Agnese is balanced and well-structured, featuring full, soft tannins. VINIFICATION:

The winemaking process involves 10-12 days of fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts, accompanied by daily pump-overs and rackings. Following fermentation, the wine ages in large casks for eight months to refine its flavor, then matures in bottles for an additional three months, ensuring well-integrated and developed flavors before release.

TASTING NOTES:

This wine boasts an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose, it presents a broad and persistent aroma, characterized by fruity notes of red berries complemented by subtle spicy undertones. The palate is well-balanced and structured, with full, soft tannins creating a harmonious and lingering finish.
