The harvest is done by hand, using small crates.
VINIFICATION:
The vinification of Intregona 2021 is conducted in small open plastic containers of 10 quintals capacity. Natural fermentation takes place without the use of selected yeasts. Manual punching down and wetting of the cap ensure a delicate extraction, with maceration lasting 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the condition of the grape skins. Malolactic fermentation is carried out to enhance softness and complexity. The aging process involves approximately 12 months, with 60% of the wine maturing in 600-liter acacia wood barrels and 40% in stainless steel tanks. To preserve the wine's purity, no filtration is applied.

Fresh and aromatic with a lightly macerated character. The nose reveals delicate notes of honey and a hint of pepper, while the palate is full-bodied and rounded. The aromatic profile is beautifully supported by the wine’s robust structure, offering a harmonious and satisfying tasting experience.
