The Il Biagio DOC red wine is crafted from grapes sourced from the Lucchesi Hills, blending Sangiovese, Merlot, and Syrah varieties. Its intense ruby red color heralds a complex bouquet of fruity, slightly spicy, and floral notes. Full-bodied, soft, and harmonious on the palate, it encapsulates the essence of the Lucca region's vineyards.

VINIFICATION:
