Borratella Grappa di Chianti Classico Riserva is crafted exclusively from the Sangiovese grapes used in the production of Chianti Classico. The fresh pomace is quickly transported to the distillery after maceration and pressing, preserving its volatile aromatic potential. This process allows the creation of a Grappa with exceptional personality and elegance.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear with a golden-yellow hue, featuring an intense and elegant aroma with delicate fruity notes. On the palate, it is soft, highly elegant, and persistent, with a smooth finish.
