Borratella Grappa di Chianti Classico is crafted exclusively from the Sangiovese grapes used in the production of Chianti Classico. The fresh pomace is quickly transported to the distillery after maceration and pressing, preserving its aromatic potential. The result is a Grappa with remarkable personality and elegance.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear appearance, with floral and fruity aromas featuring delicate hints of wild berries. On the palate, it is soft, intense, and highly elegant, with a persistent and slightly sweet finish.
