This extra virgin olive oil is of superior category, made exclusively from Moraiolo, Leccino, and Frantoio olives grown at Casa al Vento. All olives are hand-harvested during the first decade of November 2023. Cultivated organically at an altitude of 450 meters above sea level, this oil is a product of sustainable agriculture. Bottled in 0.5-liter containers, it embodies the rich heritage and careful production methods of its origin.
