This red Valpolicella Valpantena Superiore - 2019 D.O.C from the Brolo Delle Giare collection grows in a limestone soil rich in organic matter. Abundant in potassium, calcium, and magnesium, it presents a ruby red color with purple reflections, and aromas of sour cherries, vanilla, chocolate, and cinnamon. Balanced, warm, and appropriately tannic, it pairs well with boiled and grilled meats, as well as cheeses.
