This 2016 Amarone Riserva D.O.C.G. presents itself with intense aromas of stewed fruit and sweet spices, accompanied by a curious balsamic note that leans towards bitter orange. On the palate, it is warm, enveloping, and dense, supported by fine tannins and an invigorating acidity.

HARVEST:
The harvest takes place in September with the selection of the best grapes in crates.
VINIFICATION:
The grapes undergo drying in a controlled environment at low temperature and humidity. Following this, they are destemmed and crushed, with selected yeasts inoculated. Fermentation takes place with maceration in stainless steel tanks at 20°C. Finally, the wine ages for 72 months in our cellar.
TASTING NOTES:
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Dark garnet red, with aromas of sour cherries in alcohol, graphite, and chocolate. Excellent freshness with a pronounced yet velvety tannin structure.
