Barolo Sorano, from a southwest-facing vineyard in Serralunga d'Alba, undergoes a week-long fermentation, followed by 24 months in French barriques, 12 months in a large French oak cask, and 12 months in the bottle. This wine features an intense, bright garnet red color with aromas of black cherry, jam, and spicy undertones. On the palate, it is vigorous with noble tannins and an elegant, enveloping finish.
