Vigna degli Estensi - Marche

The Aestus (which means "warmth and passion" in Latin) Rosso Piceno D.O.C. Selection 2019 presents a red-ruby color with a brick red hue. Its bouquet offers a harmonious and complex blend of primary, secondary, and tertiary fragrances, with primary flavors of berries intertwining with vanilla, cocoa, and leather aromas. On the palate, it is a dry wine with excellent balance and length, seamlessly combining typical red fruit aromas with oak barrel nuances. This wine pairs excellently with meat and very aged cheeses, including fossa cheeses.
