Il Pinot Nero Àgole è un Trentino Superiore D.O.C. che si presenta in una veste eclettica, contrapponendo all'acidità fresca e giovane un gusto equilibrato, lungo e quasi prudente. Il corpo è robusto, con tannini fitti, setosi ed armonici. Il profumo è intenso, con spiccate note di frutta rossa (mirtillo, lampone e marasca), accompagnate da delicati accenni di violetta, liquirizia, tartufo, cacao e chiodi di garofano.

Destemming, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, lees aging for about 18 months in 225-liter French oak barriques, followed by bottle aging for about 6 months before sale.
TASTING NOTES:
The Pinot Noir Àgole presents itself in an eclectic manner, juxtaposing a fresh and youthful acidity with a balanced, long, and almost cautious taste. The body is robust, with dense, silky, and harmonious tannins. Its intense bouquet features pronounced notes of red fruit (blueberry, raspberry, and morello cherry), accompanied by delicate hints of violet, licorice, truffle cocoa, and cloves.
