Rosbatù è la musicalità delle Dolomiti che racchiude in sé tre varietà della viticoltura trentina: Pinot nero, Lagrein e Schiava. Varietà che danno vita ad un vino fine e al contempo stratificato, dalla bevibilità inebriante, sostenuta dalla sapida freschezza di montagna. Al naso si rivelano delicati ma nitidi profumi di rosa, di viola mammola che ben si accompagnano a sentori di mirto selvatico. Un sorprendente equilibrio per il palato.

VINIFICATION:
"teardrop" pressing operations, static decantation of the musts, fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, aging on the lees for approximately 6 months in 225-liter French oak barrels of fourth and fifth passage. The process concludes with bottle aging for approximately 6 months before marketing.
TASTING NOTES:
On the aromatic side, delicate but distinct scents of rose and violet harmonize elegantly with hints of wild myrtle. On the palate, the surprising balance between the fragrant sweetness of the fruit and the slightly savory undertone of the finish delights the senses.
