Le delicate brezze che soffiano dalla valle e dalla montagna carezzano i filari, situati su terreni profondi, fertili e ricchi di argilla, conferendo a questo vino un carattere austero e un corpo pieno. Il Quaràs evoca aromi di frutta gialla, ananas e buccia d'arancia che si fondono armoniosamente con il dolce sapore di caramello, toffee e nocciola. Una fresca acidità rivela la sua origine alpina.

Destemming, soft pressing, static decantation of the must, fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, lees aging for about 8 months in 228-liter French oak first, second, and third passage 'pièces,' bottle-aging for about 6 months before selling.
TASTING NOTES:
Temperature swings and deep, fertile soils, rich in clay, characterize this austere Chardonnay. Aromas of yellow fruit, pineapple, and orange peel blend harmoniously with sweet notes of caramel, toffee, and hazelnut. A fresh acidity underscores its Alpine origin.
