In Primis è un vino rosso di media intensità nato dai terreni di alberese. Si apre con aromi di spezie dolci, menta e grafite, seguiti da prugna e ciliegia. Il vino presenta una struttura equilibrata con tannini dolci e vellutati e aromi persistenti. Il suo colore rosso rubino con sfumature granata mette in risalto note di ciliegia e prugna mature, con un finale di pasta di mandorle. Al palato è caldo e avvolgente, con un lungo finale e un accenno di cacao. Ideale con piatti di pasta, carni rosse, arrosti, formaggi stagionati e salumi, specialmente lasagne o stufati.
