It then ages for 18 months in oak barrels, followed by an additional 6 months in the bottle, allowing it to develop a balanced and complex profile.
TASTING NOTES:
In the glass, the wine displays an intense ruby red color with slight garnet nuances. The bouquet is complex, featuring aromas of red and black berries along with sweet spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. It is a harmonious, dry wine with an excellent tannic structure.

I was delighted to find this organic Toscano Rosso, a rare 100% Merlot from Toscana. It has lovely blackberry aromas and a touch of cinnamon, with a firm tannic structure. A unique and enjoyable wine!
