Il Dolcetto Montagrillo è prodotto da vigneti esposti a sud-est con viti di 30 anni. La vinificazione include una fermentazione iniziale di 5-6 giorni, seguita da un affinamento in acciaio inox. Il vino viene imbottigliato nell'agosto successivo. Presenta un colore rosso rubino e offre aromi floreali e di frutti di bosco selvatici. Al palato, è fresco e accattivante. Il Dolcetto Montagrillo si abbina meravigliosamente con antipasti e primi piatti.
