il Chianti Riserva della Fattoria Majnoni Guicciardini viene prodotto solo in anni eccezionali. Questo vino occasionale ottenuto dalle uve più mature alla fine della vendemmia acquista eleganza con l'invecchiamento, raggiungendo il suo apice tra sei e dieci anni dopo la vendemmia. Di un intenso rosso rubino con riflessi granati, offre un bouquet intenso di frutti rossi, frutta secca, spezie, vaniglia, legno e caffè tostato. Inizialmente austero e leggermente acido, evolve in bocca, diventando sapido e caldo con un finale vellutato, bilanciato da tannini morbidi e un sottile retrogusto dolce.

VINIFICATION:
Maceration on the skins for three weeks is followed by refinement in barriques through several stages. This occasional wine gains elegance through bottle aging, reaching its peak expression between six and ten years after the harvest.
TASTING NOTES:
Intense ruby red in color, with garnet hues. On the nose, an intense and persistent bouquet reveals aromatic notes of red berries, followed by hints of dried fruit, spices, vanilla, wood, and roasted coffee. On the palate, the wine initially presents itself as austere, dry, and slightly acidic, but then evolves with roundness and depth, becoming savory and warm with excellent structure and body. Although quite tannic, it maintains good balance, resulting in a soft and velvety finish. The persistent finish is accompanied by a subtle sweet aftertaste, adding to the wine's overall pleasantness.
