Il Chianti Classico Riserva di Borratella è un vino rosso rubino con aromi equilibrati di frutti di bosco, more e spezie, accompagnati da note erbacee. Al palato è corposo, setoso e avvolgente, con un finale secco, equilibrato e speziato. Ottenuto da uve Sangiovese e Merlot, matura per 24 mesi in botti di rovere e affina in bottiglia per 4 mesi. Servito al meglio a 18°C, si abbina perfettamente a carni alla griglia, arrosti, selvaggina e pecorino toscano stagionato.
