Questo Recioto della Valpolicella - 2017 dalla selezione Brolo Delle Giare è un tradizionale vino da dessert della zona di Verona. Si distingue per il suo colore rosso profondo e impenetrabile con sfumature delicate di marmellata di amarene, note balsamiche e cioccolato. Con il suo profilo fruttato, texture morbida e tannini eleganti, si abbina perfettamente ai dessert, in particolare alle pasticcerie secche e ai dolci al cioccolato. Nella regione del Veneto, è tradizionalmente abbinato alla Torta Sbrisolona.

VINIFICATION:
Drying takes place in a fruit cellar with controlled humidity and low temperature. Grapes are then destemmed and crushed, followed by inoculation with selected yeasts. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks with maceration at 20°C. Finally, the wine ages for 48 months in its own cellar.
TASTING NOTES:
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Deep, impenetrable red color with hints of sour cherry jam, balsamic notes, and chocolate. Fruity and soft with elegant tannins.
