Questo Amarone Riserva D.O.C.G. del 2016 si presenta con intensi aromi di frutta cotta e spezie dolci, accompagnati da una curiosa nota balsamica che tende verso l'arancia amara. Al palato, è caldo, avvolgente e denso, supportato da tannini fini e da un'acidità vivace.

HARVEST:
The harvest takes place in September with the selection of the best grapes in crates.
VINIFICATION:
The grapes undergo drying in a controlled environment at low temperature and humidity. Following this, they are destemmed and crushed, with selected yeasts inoculated. Fermentation takes place with maceration in stainless steel tanks at 20°C. Finally, the wine ages for 72 months in our cellar.
TASTING NOTES:
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Dark garnet red, with aromas of sour cherries in alcohol, graphite, and chocolate. Excellent freshness with a pronounced yet velvety tannin structure.
