Barolo Riva Rocca Prodotto dal 1995 a Verduno, il Barolo Riva Rocca proviene da un vigneto di 30 anni esposto a sud-ovest. Con una resa di 4.000 bottiglie per ettaro, subisce una fermentazione di una settimana, seguita da 24 mesi in barriques francesi, 12 mesi in una grande botte di rovere francese e 12 mesi in bottiglia. Il vino presenta un intenso colore rosso rubino, con aromi di rosa appassita, menta e liquirizia. Al palato è pieno e armonioso, con tannini dolci ed eleganti e una struttura robusta.

VINIFICATION:
The vinification process involves red wine production using temperature-controlled rotary fermenters. The wine then ages for 24 months in French barriques, followed by 12 months in a large 30Hl cask, and an additional 12 months in the bottle.
TASTING NOTES:
On the nose, it offers characteristic scents of wilted rose, blended with notes of mint and licorice. The taste of this Barolo is full yet harmonious, with sweet and elegant tannins imparted by the wood, well-supported by its robust structure.
