Amarone della Valpolicella - 2018
Questo Amarone della Valpolicella D.O.C.G - 2018 dell'Azienda Agricola Tezza a Verona è prodotto con uve Corvina e Rondinella provenienti dalla valle Valpantena. Questo Amarone presenta un colore rubino intenso e offre profumi di confettura di ciliegie, vaniglia, liquirizia e tabacco. In bocca è caldo, morbido e intensamente tannico. Si abbina bene con carni alla griglia, selvaggina e formaggi stagionati.

VINIFICATION:
The process begins with appassimento, where the grapes undergo drying in a fruit drying facility with controlled low temperature and humidity. Next, vinification takes place through destemming and crushing of the grapes, followed by inoculation with selected yeasts. Fermentation occurs with maceration in stainless steel tanks, accompanied by daily pump-overs. Finally, the wine matures for 60 months in our own cellar.
TASTING NOTES:
ORGANOLECTIC CHARACTERISTICS. Deep ruby color, with aromas of cherry jam, vanilla, licorice, and tobacco on the nose. Warm, soft, and intensely tannic on the palate.
