Their work began with the recovery of old vineyard parcels around Sassofortino and Roccatederighi, many of them 70 to 80 years old and at risk of being abandoned. Today they cultivate almost 5 hectares of scattered vineyards, set between 200 and 600 metres above sea level, in a landscape of woods, Mediterranean scrub and highly varied soils.
